Due to the nature of electrical products, installed or modified lighting items are not eligible for return, unless the product is proven to be defective upon delivery. Any defects must be reported within a reasonable timeframe with supporting photos or videos.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions or show signs of wear, damage, or improper handling.

All refunds are processed via Paystack.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account


6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:
